“I normally don’t write recommendations. But, I need to comment on the Conceal Carry class I took with Contego Defense.
This is not the run of the mill C.C. Class. This is a class designed for the individual to protect his or herself as well as your family. Safety and ability with firearms is the primary goal, as should it be yours. You will walk away knowing your firearm and being able to shoot proficiently. Classes are also available for the entry level gun owner and those who are experienced. Also, available are certifications for Utah and Florida which I plan to take. Many thanks to Justin and his associates.”
“Great friendly bunch. I loved my first time experience shooting. Highly recommended.”
“Fantastic Conceal Carry course! Instructors were great & extremely knowledgeable. Really take the time to work with you & are very patient no matter your skill level. You won’t find better range time in any other course. They let you do things, no other place will!!!”
“If any of you guys are interested in getting your “Concealed Carry License” my buddy Jon Villanueva is offering classes. He’s in the National Guard, an Iraq War Vet and an all around swell guy.”
“Wonderful experience, worth every penny! I’ll be back again.”
“I just completed my CCL course with David and Jon and had an amazing experience. They really create a positive learning environment and really know how to present the information to you in a fun and educational way. They really focus on safety and technique which is always helpful no matter what your ability level is. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be taking future course with them.”
“As a beginner, Contego helps to teach the basics, but then takes that basic level and really challenges you to reach above that. They embark years of training, knowledge, and experience during the 16 hour CCL class. At first I was nervous, but then with the coaching and patience of our fabulous instructors, I felt more at ease. I would highly recommend anyone interested in CCL to go through the Contego Defense Group! Thanks guys!!!”
“Great time! These instructors bring real world experience to class. Their background allows them current information and training practices you cannot get elsewhere. Great group of veterans offering their services. I will be coming back for more class time and practice with this group.”
“Amazing instructors! All around, very knowledgeable, informative of current laws, safety is priority here, hands on training was badass, and they teach with a hint of good humor. Highly recommended!”
“Awesome classes, awesome instructors! Definitely would recommend taking a class with them! They work with you to put you at ease and improve your skills.”
“I just completed my CCL training, with contego defense group. David and Jon are extremely well versed in this field. What I like most was that we got 3 hours of range time and additional training. They really wanted us to respect and understand the responsibility of carry a weapon. My father went elsewhere and we compared our experience. He only had 1 hour of range time, and their was little emphasis of the safety and responsibility of carry a weapon. Great job guys!”
